Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet, yoga and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller, various equipment, and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.

Classes begin in November and are held Tues/Thurs from 9:30-10:30 am at Parr Park in Grapevine.  To attend your first FREE class please register on the website at grapevine-fit4mom.com.  Please bring plenty of water, and a mat or towel for the abs/stretching portion of class.
