Raw Food, Radiant Life! weekend intensive

Research shows that this diet/lifestyle has the potential to reverse diabetes and heart disease, reduce inflammation, nurture the body during & following cancer treatment, promote an ideal weight, revitalize energy, activate anti-aging genes, & promote longevity!

Day 1: Learn the wonderful benefits of a raw, vegan, low-glycemic diet in healing the body on all levels. Enjoy a healthy, delicious raw vegan lunch.  Practice gentle qi gong exercise. Conclude the day with a group grocery-shopping trip.

Day 2: Prepare nutritious, delicious, simple, budget-conscious, raw, vegan, low-glycemic recipes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare – sampling the tasty food as we go! Participate in simple, effective relaxation methods.

3-week challenge: Follow the program at home for 3 weeks, with twice weekly telephone support and a positive behavior modification program to keep you motivated.

Online 3-week challenge: Days 1 & 2 plus the 3-week challenge all entirely online.

Dates: Saturday, March 5 & Sunday, March 6, with 3-week challenge ending March 27.

Time: 10:30-4:30, both weekend intensive days

Earlybird 10% discount if registered by Feb. 27:  Live classes: $144. days 1, 2, and the 3-week challenge. Online class & 3-week challenge: $54.

Partial scholarships available, if needed, with application.

 

Please wear comfortable clothes. Participants will need their own transportation for local grocery shopping trip at the end of day 1.

 

Suzy Edmonson has been an occupational therapist for over 30 years, currently working in oncology.  Suzy has been practicing complementary methods to promote health and relaxation for over 20 years, and is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, touch therapy teacher, and a Live Food & Lifestyle Instructor certified by holistic physician Gabriel Cousens, at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. The lifestyle program Suzy teaches has been instrumental in her recovery from autoimmune arthritis, and it is the diet she follows as a cancer survivor.  The program is very helpful to assist in the recovery from many other health conditions, such diabetes and heart disease.
