House of Shine’s What’s Your SHINE? Workshop is an interactive self-discovery experience designed to help you better understand what makes you you—and how to use that awareness to grow with intention.

Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore the five parts of the SHINE Framework—Strengths, Hobbies, Interests & Irritants, Needs, and Experiences—and begin connecting the dots of your story. You will leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more confident in how you show up in your everyday life.

Event Description
This workshop is the first step in House of Shine’s signature “What’s Your SHINE?” series—our core curriculum and the heart of our programming. It’s built to help you identify what fuels you, what drains you, and what patterns show up across your life.

You’ll be invited to reflect, share, listen, and learn in a warm, welcoming environment—no expertise required, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

What to Expect
Explore each part of the SHINE Framework (Strengths, Hobbies, Interests & Irritants, Needs, Experiences)

Participate in guided reflection prompts and small-group conversation

Identify patterns, themes, and “aha” moments that help you understand yourself more deeply

Leave with a clearer picture of what makes you shine—and how to honor it moving forward

SHINE Reflection Process
No prep work is required. All reflection tools and materials will be provided at the workshop. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you prefer to write in your own.
