Rise & Shine is a connection-driven morning experience designed to help you start your day grounded, inspired, and supported.

How Season 11 Works

This year, Rise & Shine will unfold in Blocks—three-month experiences designed to deepen connection and keep the momentum alive:

Block 1: September, October, November
Discover The Art of Reinvention by exploring how small shifts and courageous choices can lead to powerful personal transformation.

Block 2: December, January, February
Apply the lessons of reinvention to your relationships—deepening connection, communication, and growth with the important people in our lives.

Block 3: March, April, May

Choose Your Experience

Block Pass – Commit to three months of Rise & Shine and experience the rhythm of kickoff, conversation, and community sharing. (Available on September, December, and March dates.)

Single Session Pass – Choose the morning that fits your schedule and join the conversation when you can:
September 18, October 9, November 13, December 11, January 8, February 5, March 5, April 9, or May 7.
