Together at Last: Prism Health North Texas Administrative Offices to Relocate to Baylor Campus

Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) has signed a 22,623-square-foot lease for the entire third floor at 3900 Junius Street for the organization’s administrative and executive offices, continuing to reinforce the organization’s growing presence in the community.

In October 2020, PHNTX signed a lease at 4004 Worth Street enabling PHNTX to occupy the entire 23,765-square-foot building for clinical research, client services, and community outreach. Together, the organization now leases more than 46,000 square feet on the campus. The properties are strategically situated across the street from each other, both owned by Healthcare Realty, and are located on the Downtown Dallas Campus of Baylor Healthcare System.

Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall represented PHNTX, and Transwestern’s Chris Lipscomb, Laney Underwood and Brooke Sutherland represented the ownership, Healthcare Realty.

Solender said, “Finding large blocks of medical space with ample parking and easy access to public transportation in the central core of Dallas is very challenging. These two locations give PHNTX the medical space they need and with their administration offices placed across the street, they can create their own campus and provide support to their other locations around the city.”

Dr. John Carlo, CEO of Prism Health North Texas, is glad to have secured a new space for the organization’s administrative teams closer to the rest of their operations. “This is a dream come true for us to be able to consolidate our administrative and patient services on a single campus location.”

The PHNTX team is eager to relocate into their new administration space in October of 2021. The new administrative office is in a more centralized location among the organization’s three sexual wellness clinics and pharmacies, allowing PHNTX to better support the clinics and pharmacies in their needs to provide healthcare for the community. Patients may also have easier access to transportation to and from appointments considering the campus’ close proximity to public transport.

“This medical center is a premier destination for healthcare providers, and we are excited to attract new and innovative organizations to the campus,” said Lipscomb. “We continue to see new groups wanting to have a presence in this vibrant area, and we look forward to bringing more healthcare related tenants onto the campus.”
