COLLEYVILLE, Texas – May 9, 2022 – Compass Christian Church is making a difference at home and around the world. Compass, which has been in the DFW area for over 50 years, now has four physical campuses plus an online campus. One of their core values is “Serving everyone everywhere.”

“When we heard about the war in Ukraine, our Outreach team immediately began researching how we could assist. Through a ministry partner called Convoy of Hope we organized hygiene packs and began connecting our campuses and various ministries to help,” explained International Outreach Pastor C.M. Habermehl. Three thousand two hundred hygiene kits were assembled and sent for distribution among the Ukrainian refugees.

In an effort to assist their local community, Compass recently paid off $9,630,618.16 of medical debt benefiting 5,187 recipients in Tarrant, Dallas, Cooke, Denton, Grayson, and Wise Counties. “We know many people in the DFW area are struggling. Compass always strives to provide real help to meet people’s needs,” said Local Outreach Pastor Phillip Kemp.

The church has a long history of serving others locally and internationally. For more, please go to https://compass.church/home
