The Grapevine Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will meet on Thursday, June 28 at 4:30 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Grapevine Housing Authority Office located at 131 Starr Place in Grapevine.

Items on the agenda include:

• Swearing in of new board members and election officers
• Consideration and discussion of Bid/Proposal for Errors & Omissions Liability insurance with Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool; and take any necessary action
• Report and acceptance of the monthly financial statements for the month of April 2012
