Four Grapevine High School football games have been relocated for this week and next due to lighting issues. 

The four stadium light poles at Mustang-Panther Stadium are being replaced after one pole collapsed on Saturday, Aug. 25.  The new light poles are scheduled for installment on the week of Sept. 17.

In the meantime, the GHS Freshmen team games against Northwest High School have been moved to Wednesday, Sept. 5 on the Cross Timbers Middle School field.  The game times are still scheduled to start at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The GHS JV team games have been relocated to Wednesday, Sept. 5 at Northwest High School, and the games are still scheduled to start at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The GHS Varsity team game is slated for Thursday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m., but GHS will now be the visiting team.  Reserved seat tickets for the game can be exchanged at the GCISD Swim Center through noon on Thursday at no cost.

The GHS JV games against Sachse High School are scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.  The game has been relocated to Cross Timbers Middle School.
