Event celebrates Lexus dealership's multi-million dollar expansion and renovation

Park Place Lexus Grapevine celebrated its grand re-opening after a multi-million dollar expansion and renovation recently with a party and a toy drive benefiting the Grapevine Relief & Community Exchange (GRACE) Christmas Cottage. Guests brought hundreds of new, unwrapped toys to fill two Lexus IS convertibles to overflowing, including new bicycles and toys for all ages.
 
Guests enjoyed an assortment of culinary offerings prepared and served by The Ranch of Las Colinas as well as sublime sips by Stella Artois and Clos du Bois. The party-ready delivery area featured V-gars (electronic vapor cigars) and Balvenie Scotch tasting. The festive Lexus Lounge featured a Kendra Scott social swag station, Reyka and Solerno liqueurcosmopolitans and decadent desserts by Chef John Franke.
 
The 18-month expansion and renovation was a complete transformation... updating the residential-style showroom into a contemporary space with woods and stone and tapestries. The 5-car showroom was enlarged to hold eight vehicles. A new technology area and Kids’ Playroom were added off the Client Lounge. The dealership also added a fourth lane to its service drive, a new delivery area, and expanded its car wash facility to accommodate more cars in a shorter period of time.
