Two Grapevine restaurants have been burglarized over the past several nights, according to the Grapevine Police Department.

Police said the burglaries occurred between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. Possible suspect vehicles may be an older model Ford Probe type vehicle and a newer model Chrysler minivan. Alcohol was targeted in one burglary and a second floor safe was stolen in the second crime, according to police.

GPD is asking employees to be aware of suspicious persons or vehicles outside the business when arriving for work. Employees should use heightened awareness when leaving the business at night at closing. Have your employees escort each other to their vehicles and report anything suspicious to the police.
