The Grapevine City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Tuesday, January 17th for a special city council workshop.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Grapevine City Hall.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• Consideration of an Interlocal Agreement with the Dallas County Park Cities Municipal Utility District and the City of Dallas in a volumetric survey of Lake Grapevine.
• Public hearing on the development of  Courtyard by Marriott/Towne Place Suites on the property located at 2200 Bass Pro Court.
