The Grapevine City Council will meet Tuesday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Grapevine City Hall.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• A presentation by Chesapeake Energy relative to seismic exploration activities.
• A presentation by the chairpersons of the 28th Annual Main Street Days.
• Consider a resolution supporting Grapevine as a Road Runners Club of America "Runner Friendly Community."
• Consider a resolution authorizing the purchase of a traffic signal emergency vehicle pre-emption equipment for the Fire, Police, and Public Works Departments from Consolidated Traffic Controls.
