The City of Grapevine will hold a public meeting tonight, Monday, April 30 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall.

The purpose of the meeting is for the community to share its input on the an application filed by Ball Street Joint Venture Towers of Grapevine. The applicant is requesting the city's approval of a Municipal Setting Designation (MSD) for the property located at 1271, 1281, 1293, 1301, 1303, and 1401 William D. Tate Avenue and 800 and 900 West Highwat 114 in Grapevine.

During the meeting, the applicant will provide information to the public about MSDs and the site. According to the city's public notice letter, "the use of MSDs encourages the economic development of properties with contaminated groundwater in areas where groundwater is not valuable as a source of drinking water."
