We are looking for a licensed, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Agency team in Grapevine, TX. You must currently hold your insurance license in order to be considered for the position.
Requirements
The qualified Customer Service Representative candidate will meet the following requirements, at a minimum:
•Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service in an Insurance Agency
•Currently hold General Lines Property and Casualty
•Excellent communication skills
•Self-motivated and goal oriented
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Desire to continually learn new products and services
•High school diploma, although a college degree is preferred
•State Farm, Farmers, or Allstate experience is a plus
Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting the Agency in the following ways:
•Service existing clients regarding their policy coverage and billing
•Work with the sales team in acquiring necessary documents from prospective customers
•Cross sell existing customers when the opportunity arises
•Maintain customer account documents and information
