“’Moment’s is a part of a new resin mixed media series I have been working on.  It has a dreamy magical feel to it for multiple reasons. Starting with the tree that is gold with floating beads, it is such elegant dreamy texture. Then there are symbols with a dove flying high, also in gold.  Under the tree there is a gold empty bench and the bit of blue color on the bottom of the painting that is like a body of water where special ‘Moments’ can be had; A quiet place to sit on the bench and reflect.  The painting is on custom cradled lightweight yet sturdy birchwood and the sides are painted gold to match. It comes ready to hang.”

Among them is her earned privilege of Signature member of Southwestern Watercolor Society (SWS), National Watercolor Oklahoma (NWO), Texas Watercolor Society (TWS), and Western Federation of Watercolor Societies (WFWS) comprised of 12 Watercolor Societies from Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, San Diego and Utah.

“Sailor’s Valentine”

“In the past, sailors’ Valentines were typically made of sea shells and given to loved ones on return from a voyage. This piece would be a Great Lakes “Sailor’s Valentine”, as the elements were gathered on the shore of Lake Michigan. Still, it expresses the symbol of a kind heart.  See it?”
