 avorite photos of the beach and Julie Wende will share with you her techni
 que for depicting the figure on the beach. Oil paints are preferred for th
 is exploration\, but the principles apply to all media. Bring photos or th
 e artist will have plenty to practice with. Julie will cover the basics of
  figure drawing (proportion\, shading) and applied perspective where the s
 ubject matter dictates\, also tips on color mixing and composition. It wil
 l be a good general art lesson for all levels. \n  \nDates: Saturday\, Jun
 e 10th & Sunday\, June 11th \n  \nPAINTING NEEDS TO BE FUN! \n  \nThe best
  way to do that is to build confidence by utilizing these solid approaches
  to figure painting on the beach. There will be demos and a quick tutorial
